Two-Way Radio Section

The Two-way Radio Section within NNTU has been in existence for a number of years. For the majority of those years, the department has contracted two-way radio repair & services to an outside vendor. The yearly cost of this service is high. Therefore, in early part of  2006, a Radio Technician was hired to begin performing two-way radio service and repair internally.  This internal service is fairly new and still evolving.  Our vision is to one day have fully functioning Navajo Nation Two-Way Radio Shop where all services can be performed for the Navajo Nation Government department and programs.

Our responsibility includes engineering, furnishing, installing and maintaining Two-Way Radio Equipment and the Two-Way Radio Frequency (RF) Network the Navajo Nation utilizes.  In addition, we purchase, assign, and inventory communications equipment on a Navajo Nation-wide basis.

Some of our customers include the Navajo Department of Law Enforcement, Navajo Department of Emergency Management, and Navajo Nation Resource Enforcement.

We are located in the heart of Navajo land, in Window Rock, AZ . Our experienced staff is ready to provide you with your service solution 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
